At American Gym, your monthly membership fee includes free unlimited access to a
variety of group exercise classes taught by highly qualified instructions. Currently,
members can participate in Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Sparring.

Boxing
Aerobically designed to enahance stamina and weight loss while teaching proper boxing techniques, our boxing classes are perfect for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. Get an entire body workout while learning from experienced boxers.

Kickboxing
You will learn a variety of punching and kicking skills that works your entire body, but specifically your waist, buttocks and hips. This class is very popular with everyone wanting to increase fitness and tone muscles while learning to kick some butt!

This class is for individuals that want to learn boxing at real time speed in order to increase their endurance and achieve optimum performance. The sparring class is taught by a professional boxing coach that will help you perfects every move.
